The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave, and comes with all necessary dishes and utensils. On the first and second floors, there are a total of 8 bedrooms (most with sinks). A separate playroom with games is available for children. A crib and high chair are provided. The house has three bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as a separate toilet; a washing machine (billed based on usage) is provided. Additionally, a separate storage room for skis, bicycles, etc., is available. You can enjoy cozy barbecue evenings at a covered grill area. The log cabin sauna (for a fee) with a shower grotto is located outdoors. Free parking spaces are available on the property. A visitor’s tax is charged.<br>- max. 2 dogs, which are permitted only in the lower area of the house.<br><br>Cancellation Policy<br>Cancellation by the guest before the start of the rental period/no-show<br>In the event of cancellation or non-use of the booked <br>vacation rental, the guest must pay the following reimbursement of expenses to the landlord: • Cancellation up to 90 days before <br>the start of the rental period: €50.00 (flat-rate processing fee) If <br>a travel ban is in effect, the flat-rate processing fee is waived • <br>Cancellation 89–60 days before the start of the rental period: 15% of the agreed rental fee • Cancellation 59–45 days before the start of the rental period <br>25% of the agreed rental fee • Cancellation 45–31 days before <br>the start of the rental period: 50% of the agreed rental fee • Cancellation <br>30–21 days prior to the start of the rental period: 80% of the agreed rental price • Cancellation 20 days prior to the start of the rental period up to immediately before the start of the rental period: 90% of the agreed rental price. In the event of a no-show or failure to <br>pay the rental price on time (see No. 4), 90% <br>of the agreed rental price will also be charged. The guest is free to prove to the landlord <br>or the owner of the vacation property that they <br>suffered no damage or only minor damage. In the event of a travel ban, the tenant has the option of a 100% refund as well as <br>an individual agreement, such as credit notes or a postponement of the trip.
