Thanks to the house’s secluded location, you’ll enjoy complete peace and quiet. The St. Engelmar recreational and ski area is just 10 km away. The independent city of Straubing on the Danube—home to the Gäubodenfest—is only 30 km away. A parking space is available in the courtyard. A small EDEKA supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find many recreational attractions, such as a summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, a swimming lake, and much more. In winter, you can reach various ski resorts—some with floodlights—in just a few minutes. In the wider area, there are several glassworks and schnapps distilleries to visit.

The best thing to do is come by and discover your own personal favorite spots.
