So unfortunately, this was our worst experience with a VRBO and we have taken many trips in various states around the country. The issue is not with the apartment itself (which was fine), but with the management. When asking for check-in instructions we thought it was strange that the unit given was one number but then the wifi password listed a different unit number. Upon arrival the key code we were given did not work on the assigned unit. We attempted to contact the host via message, call and text and did not receive a response. We waited in the hallway with luggage for 30 minutes while contacting VRBO. We then tried the code on the unit across the hall (matching the wifi password) and it worked, however there were someone else's belongings in there. We eventually received messages back from host and later a call, at first providing the same information. Next providing access via lockbox on the door which worked. They did explain that the other unit was occupied. It was VERY concerning that they own multiple units and provide the SAME access code. We were concerned about safety as anyone could enter any of the multiple units. Also, the second day the wifi went out so we weren't able to access the TV. When we messaged again, it was explained the router was in a different unit. They stated it would be reset but it never worked. The apartment itself and location were fine, we walked to the stadium. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were nice.
