Hello and welcome! My husband (Dan) and I (Connie) are local to the region and personally use this home when it’s not occupied by guests. When the property is rented, we stay with family in the Tri‑Cities. Starting in 2027, we’ll be spending our winters in Florida from January through April and would love to host longer‑term renters during those months.

Everyday conveniences are close at hand, with local grocery stores nearby and a shopping mall just a 5‑minute drive away, featuring stores such as JCPenney, Target, Burlington, Buckle, Ulta, Famous Footwear, and more.
