The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining room table that seats 6 and a bar that seats an additional 2. The patio door opens to the covered deck with a gas grill, patio furniture, patio table with 6 chairs and a hot tub (4 person) with total privacy. The back deck is right on the state maintained trout stream, Helton Creek. Just imagine grilling out and relaxing in the wonderful hot tub while listening to the creek sounds. Off the back porch is a fenced yard with gate for the kids to play and the dogs to run around. Pets are welcome if the meet the conditions in the Pet Addendum and are charged a nominal fee. This cabin is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. There are two queen, and one full bedroom on the main floor. Helton creek cabin' has multiple ceiling fans to keep you cool, but also has central heating and air with a gas log fireplace. There are 3 TV's. The TV in the main family room has a DVD player with Dish network. Wifi Internet is included.

The main floor has 1,475 sq. ft. The 300 sq. Ft. Guest Cabin next to the main cabin can be rented for an additional charge. This guest cabin is great for the extended family or a couple/family who may want to rent it by itself at more reasonable rates, with or without renting the main cabin. It features 1 queen bedroom, 1 bath, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and kitchenette with all utensils, hot plate, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven . DISH TV and Wifi Internet are included. There is a hot tub on the private deck as well; available year round.
