The underground level features a private garage with parking for three cars and direct access into the home—a rare and valuable convenience in Pacific Beach. On the main living level, you’ll find a comfortable family room with a sleeper sofa and TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for six, and a wine refrigerator. Just outside, a private patio offers a BBQ and outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying warm coastal evenings.
All bedrooms are located on the upper level, providing privacy and a quiet separation from the main living spaces. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and TVs and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A full-size, front-load washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Entrance to the unit from Felspar Street or through the garage - garage opener provided. The home includes three underground garage parking spaces, which are on the smaller side. The single space offers good depth and can accommodate a narrow SUV such as a 4Runner or RAV4. The double parking space is slightly shorter in depth but can comfortably fit two smaller sedans or compact cars, such as Mini Coopers. Please note that height clearance in the double parking area is limited due to the garage door tracks. In addition to garage parking, there is ample street parking available adjacent to the complex in both directions.

Getting Around:
This home is ideally located in the heart of Pacific Beach, making it easy to get around without a car. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops in downtown PB are all just a short walk away.

• 2 dogs max ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
• Kindly note there are stairs throughout the property.
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• Parking: Parking: 3 car garage - underground parking - please inquire about garage dimensions if you have a large SUV - height restriction due to main garage door tracks.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply).
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
