Upon arrival you are welcomed by an inviting spacious covered front porch that spans the entire length of the home and is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful water view and summer sunsets.

Comfortable and beautifully decorated, this 3br/2ba family vacation home offers a large living space that includes a dining room, fully stocked kitchen with a large bar, and an area with a game table perfect for card playing, board games or another dining option.

The open family room has a queen size sleeper sofa, one sofa, one love seat, one swivel recliner, and a cozy gas fireplace.

Our home sleeps up to 8 (or 10 with blow up mattresses that is included). The master bedroom has a king size bed, french doors to the large back deck with sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, and en suite bath with double sinks, oversized walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and has french doors to an uncovered portion of the large back deck, perfect for sunning. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and space for a queen size blow up mattress (if needed). All bedrooms have smart TVs.

*Parties/Gatherings: An enormous ground level covered area that features dining tables, gas grill, large swing for a nap in the shade, and an outdoor shower for washing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. This area is also functional for entertaining groups with abundant lighting for evening gatherings. (Any gathering over 12 require pre-approval.)

*Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled 60+ days from check in. No refund guaranteed if less than 60 days. We will refund portions that we are able to re-rent.
