Welcome to our stunning home in the heart of Storey Lake Resort! Just a short walk from the family-friendly Club House, our prime location offers access to a resort-style pool, lazy river, gym, spa, beach volleyball, basketball, kayak rental, mini golf, and a restaurant/bar.

A quick drive takes you to Disney World, Disney Springs, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Orlando, shopping malls, outlets, supermarkets, and restaurants. Experience the perfect blend of convenience and entertainment!

Immerse yourself in comfort and cleanliness with our meticulously maintained property, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene. Our dedicated teams of independent professionals include cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and pool cleaning experts to ensure every aspect of your stay is impeccable.

This spacious retreat boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 20 guests. The private pool, adorned with a safety fence for children, beckons relaxation amidst the patio furniture. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi offer modern convenience. Cable TV is also at your disposal for entertainment.

For families, we provide a highchair, pack and play, and two pressure-mounted baby gates, ensuring your little ones are safe and sound.

The house can accommodate up to 20 people if fully utilized.

First Floor:
* Bedroom 1: 2 Double Beds with a full bathroom right beside it.

Second Floor:
* Bedroom 2: 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full, with a trundle bed underneath) with a full bathroom right beside it.
* Bedroom 3 (Owner's Suite): 1 King Bed with a private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 4 (Owner's Suite 2): 2 Double Beds with a private full bathroom.
* Bedroom 5: 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full, with a trundle bed underneath), Minions themed.
* Bedroom 6: 2 Twin Beds, Mermaid themed, with a full bathroom right in between Bedrooms 5 and 6.

Experience the utmost convenience with our seamless self-check-in and check-out process. Approximately one week prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure door code, granting you the freedom to arrive and depart without the need for direct interaction with staff.

* Registered guests must be at least 21 years of age.

We provide a welcome kit to get you started:
* 3 trash bags
* 1 kitchen paper towel
* 2 dishwashing powder
* 2 laundry wash pods

Each bathroom will have:
* wall mount dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
* hand wash
* 1 toilet paper
* 1 body lotion
* 1 bar soap

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Target supermarket is located approximately 1 mile away.

GRILL: With 48 hours of advance notice, we are happy to arrange for the rental and delivery of a 2-burner grill ($70) or 4-burner grill ($90) from a reputable local store. Both grill sizes come with one full tank of propane.

POOL AND SPA HEATER: Pool/spa heating is available at $35 per day with a minimum of 3 days pay. It takes about 16 hours to warm up the entire system, please let us know 24 hours before the check in.

POOL MAINTENANCE: Our pool maintenance company visits every week (usually on Tuesday or Wednesday) to ensure the pool remains clean and well-maintained. You do not need to be present during their visit, as they will access the pool area through the backyard. For safety reasons, they may ask you to briefly exit the pool while performing their tasks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

AC: AC controller is on second floor, you can adjust it to your desired comfort level.

BABY ESSENTIALS: To cater to our littlest guests, we provide a highchair, pack and play, and two pressure-mounted baby gates. Ensuring the safety and comfort of your little ones is a priority.

FOOD: Due to Florida law, open food items cannot be left in refrigerators or kitchen closets. All food items will be removed after guest checkout, and no condiments or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

HOUSEKEEPING: The rental rate does not include daily housekeeping services. However, if you desire mid-stay cleaning services during your stay, you may request them for an additional fee.

PACKAGE DELIVERY: If the online seller uses USPS, please note that the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and packages will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliveries will be left at the doorstep.
