Exclusive vacation home (150 m²) with a large, sunny terrace

This exclusive vacation home (150 square meters) with a large sun terrace is situated in a very quiet location right on the Mühlenbach. It accommodates 2–8 people and features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a modern built-in kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) has an en suite bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the third bedroom in the tower has two large single beds (140 x 200 cm). All rooms offer a magnificent view of the natural surroundings and the gently babbling Mühlenbach stream. The spacious, luxurious spa bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a sauna, a large walk-in shower, and two vanities with makeup mirrors. You can step directly onto the terrace from the spacious living area—which features a leather sofa, a wood-burning stove, a small library, a large TV, and a stereo system—as well as from the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender…). There is a storage room and a laundry room with a washing machine. The house also includes a lockable basement storage room for bicycles or skis. Please transfer a security deposit of 200 EUR to us before your arrival. We will refund the 200.00 EUR security deposit to you after your departure. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or by arrangement. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person on site. The visitor’s tax is 1.50 EUR per day for adults and 0.75 EUR per day for children (ages 10–16). The one-time cleaning fee for stays of 3–5 nights is 120 EUR.
