This cozy ground-floor apartment, measuring 30 square meters, accommodates 1–2 people. It features a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. A coffee and tea maker as well as a coffee machine are also provided. The space is a combined living and sleeping area. The double bed can be used as two single beds. The foot of the bed is open. Bed linens and towels are provided. Table linens and kitchen towels are also provided. There is a TV and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment is a non-smoking unit. The apartment features a balcony or terrace. The balcony is accessible through a large glass door; it faces the garden, enjoys morning sun, and has seating. The terrace is located in front of your room on the courtyard side, separated by a partition, with access via the hallway; it features seating and enjoys the evening sun. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee to wash your clothes. Payment can be made in cash on-site, by bank transfer, or in advance.A security deposit may be required upon arrival. Please note that our farm is in operation. The hop harvest takes place around September. We appreciate your understanding that this may result in some noise.
