The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker, and milk frother...<br>Right on your doorstep is a beautiful park, and the center of Schwäbisch Hall is within walking distance. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.<br>If you need more space and bedrooms, book the large vacation apartment by the city park as well. Would you like to enjoy a fulfilling vacation? Looking for a good balance between relaxation and activity, country and city life? The vacation rental’s location right next to the city park promises pure relaxation. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll be in the heart of the bustling medieval town of Schwäbisch Hall with all its cafés, bars, restaurants, and museums. In addition, the surrounding area offers a wide variety of recreational activities.<br><br>House Rules/Pricing Info:<br>The free parking lot for the vacation rental is located about 300 m as the crow flies away.<br>Of course, you can stop briefly right at the property to load and unload.<br>You’ll receive further information about parking in good time before your arrival.<br><br><br><br>Optional Fees:<br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the price. You can either bring your own or rent them for a fee. Please let us know your needs at the time of booking, as requests made after the fact cannot always be accommodated.<br><br><br>Bedding: 18 € per person<br><br><br>Towel package: 12 € per person<br><br><br><br><br>Additional information:<br><br>The vacation rental may only be occupied by the agreed-upon number of guests (including babies and toddlers). Additional day guests must be arranged in advance with the agency.<br>The minimum rental period is 3 nights and applies even to guests who are only present part of the time. A subsequent reduction in the number of guests does not affect the rental price.<br><br><br><br>Check-in and Check-out:<br><br><br>Check-in from 4:00 PM<br><br><br>Check-out by 10:00 AM<br><br><br>Late check-out upon request (subject to availability)<br><br>Access is via a key safe. You will receive the PIN via email 3 days before arrival.<br><br><br><br>House Rules:<br><br><br>May not be used as a party venue<br><br><br>Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM<br><br><br>Smoking is not permitted inside the house<br><br><br><br><br>Important Note:<br>Charging electric vehicles using the vacation home’s electrical supply is not permitted for technical and safety reasons.<br><br><br><br>Miscellaneous:<br><br><br>We charge a processing fee of €20 for subsequent contract changes.<br><br><br>In the case of commercial use, we reserve the right to collect a security deposit of €500. This will be refunded within 14 days upon departure, provided there are no issues.
