Holiday Apartment "Rose" with Large Balcony with Lake View, Wi-Fi & TV

The hospitable town of Sipplingen on the northern shore of Lake Constance attracts its visitors with hiking paradises, historical treasures, culinary delights and unspoilt nature.



Centrally located in the village, in a quiet and green zone and yet less than 10 minutes to the shore and the harbour, you will find the Residence Flower Idyll with the comfortable holiday apartment "Ferienwohnung Rose" on the second floor.



The 83 m2 apartment, which is friendly and comfortably furnished, has a living room with sofa corner and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and large fridge-freezer, two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, and a modern bathroom with large shower and toilet, and can accommodate 4 people.

The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, toys and board games, a cot and a high chair.



On the sunny, 22 m2 balcony there is a seating area, 2 sunbeds and a parasol. The panoramic view over the lake and its shores will immediately inspire you and provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening after an eventful day's holiday.



The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking paths start practically at the front door, the train station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min. on foot and several restaurants are nearby. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen is located 350m away from the flat. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting destinations: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.
