Suzie's Beach Place is an adorable efficiency that has its own private entrance with tropical courtyard for sitting and having coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Parking right at your entrance gate. Outside shower to rinse off your sandy feet! Includes a super comfy queen bed with lots of storage, closet, full eat in kitchen and full bath. As soon as you arrive at Suzie's Beach Place you know you are on vacation.

Beach Time

The place was located a short distance from the beach, which was the main reason we went to Florida. The the rooms were connected to a duplex. Parking was convenient and always available. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and well supplied with all our needs. There is also a small patio where we could enjoy our morning coffee. We will return when we have another chance.

Very nice stay Pompano Beach

We enjoyed the stay at Pompano beach in a studio unit a block from the beach. The unit was very clean and organized for its size. Very thought out and host is available to answer your questions. Perfect for 2 people and got some very good decor ideas. Tons of food options in the area and close to airport, cultural and sporting events.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay in Pompano Beach!! Suzanne thought of everything and made us feel at home. The property was clean and the kitchen offered everything we needed. The location was great!! Close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely look to stay again!!

Great place to stay for a beach trip.

Accommodations were great. We wondered about the Murphy bed but it was very comfortable. Host is great and location is wonderful. Plenty of restaurants and beach is close. Comes with full beach gear. We will be back for sure

What a gem ❤️

What a great find for our stay in Florida. Centrally located, just a few steps to the beach, and most importantly the hosts made us feel at home. The small outdoor space was just perfect to wind down after a day at the beach, spend time with our doggy, and enjoy the decor. Thank you to Suzanne and Udo for their hospitality, warm wishes, and cozy place to spend our 2 weeks!

Beach Bungalow Blessing

This property is so homey, decorated so nice and was well equipped with things you need. The private patio is a little outside oasis... with a tropical feel and comfortable chairs. The location is walking distance to the pier, beach, picnic area, and restaurants. The best part of this cozy little apartment is the spa like bathroom. Very relaxing, and I felt blessed to find this little gem. Property owners are very nice and easily accessible! Highly recommend booking this place.

Home away from home

Wonderful host, wonderful property. The location was perfect, and amenities offerred were perfect. Had an amazing 2 weeks, and when we left, it was like leaving home. Would recommend to every couple.

Far Exceeded My Expectations!

The property was truly a turnkey vacation rental. Clean, charming, a fully equipped kitchen; plenty of clean towels and linens. A private patio to enjoy breakfast or to simply read a book. The location was as described. A quiet neighborhood.A short walk to the beach and close to some very nice restaurants. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and nice cart to carry them all . Above all the owner is a gracious host!! She is a delight! I would definitely return here and highly recommend this location!!

Private stay short walk from the fun

The place was in great condition when we arrived. It has all of the beach amenities in place so you don't need to bring anything extra. About a one mile walk from restaurants and other attractions makes it a nice place to not need a car. The online profile is accurate and the host is extremely communicative.

Great place in Pampano

The location was perfect. A very short walk to the beach. The accommodations were wonderful. All the little things were thought of. Great space to enjoy outside. Even the shower was wonderful. Owner was on top of everything. A hidden gem for sure.

Perfect Beach Stay

Suzanne’s vrbo is an excellent location, only a couple blocks to pompano beach, pier and great restaurants! The apartment was wonderful, we loved the spa like bathroom! Beautiful place and very comfortable, hope to return soon!

Just what I wanted.

If you are in Pompano Beach for the beach, Suzie’s place is an excellent option. Just walk down to the end of the block and there it is. Also an easy walk to the restaurants in the pier area. The apartment is fantastic. Everyone is new and gorgeous, with everything you need. Suzie is an excellent host, easy going and accommodating. If you are a traveling solo or with a partner, this is such a great option.

Amazing location and wonderful Host

Suzanne is a wonderful host - so kind and thoughtful - and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing and safe - just a 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in south Florida. The unit is thoroughly equipped with all the necessities and more. Certainly a bonus is the private, tropical patio area - perfect for relaxing any time of the day. Thank you again Suzanne for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Month Stay

All the reviews are true! A lovely place to stay.... clean, cozy, and great location. We could walk or ride our bikes to everything we needed...to a grocery store, restaurants, beach, and parks. Susie is very easy to work with, accommodating, and helpful. We loved the little fenced in patio and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Nice tropical feel. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Hi I'm Suzie! I grew up right here in Pompano Beach and when I was young my parents owned beautiful vacation rentals in Lauderdale by the Sea (just down the road!) Although I was born in Boston I have spent most of my life here so I considered myself a native. I have a pet grooming business nearby that I have had for 35 years and I still love what I do!I have 2 grown kids.

I have lived in Pompano most of my life so I was very familiar with the areas and when I saw this property for sale I knew it would become Suzie's Beach Place. I have worked on 'Suzie's Beach Place ' with great love to make it the little piece of paradise that I knew it could be!
Pompano Beach is such a great city and has just recently renovated it's beaches and surrounding areas. The renovation of our beach area is ,in my opinion created the most beautiful beaches in South Florida. Our beaches are extra wide with dunes and grass areas for play and cooking out. They have even included a fitness area for adults by the pier that overlooks the ocean. There are exercise group classes offered at different times for small donations on the great lawn on the beach! Also the water fountains are a real hit with the kids. The local pubs and restaurants are superb and the feel is still quaint and cozy. I am so happy to live here and so happy to share Suzie's Beach Place with you!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I fell for this place the minute I walked in. It has such great character...... Coconut palms all around and bird of paradise trees give it the Old Florida feel. The street doesn't have big hotels and resorts all over it so if it's quaint and cozy that you search for then look no further!
