The living space spans 400 m² across two floors—featuring three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a converted 6-bed attic. Three double bedrooms feature box-spring double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), one additional bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), and the children’s bedroom in the attic has six single beds. There are also 4 en-suite bathrooms in the house, each equipped with a shower or bathtub and a toilet. The finest luxury bedding and fluffy towels are provided once a week. The 70-square-meter kitchen and living area on the first floor features a cozy sofa corner, an open fireplace, and a large dining area. Adjacent to this is the open and fully equipped kitchen, complete with tableware for 14 people, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a fully automatic coffee machine. A Full HD TV with cable and Netflix access is available in the TV/game room. Through the living room, you have direct access to the garden, which features a large terrace with two dining tables, chairs, an awning, and a charcoal grill. The 3,000 m² private natural pond with a dock is available for your relaxation. Free Wi-Fi and a well-lit parking area round out the amenities. Elegance, tradition, and comfort in a dream location. The house was built in 2017, and no expense was spared—the entire house features underfloor heating, luxurious bathrooms with Moroccan tiles, custom-made wooden windows and doors, built-in closets, a converted attic with built-in sleeping alcoves, a fully equipped kitchen, a private dock leading to its own pond, and more. The Litschau Country House is situated in an absolutely quiet location on a small road used only by local residents. The village of Schlag is part of the municipality of Litschau and is located just 2 km from the health resort. There you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, several restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a church, etc. We are pleased to offer you this unique and cozy vacation home for rent with a minimum stay of 4 nights (6 nights during peak season). A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 60 days before the start of your trip. A security deposit of EUR 500.00 must be transferred to our account 30 days before arrival and will be refunded within 10 days after your departure, provided there is no damage. Dogs are welcome and cost EUR 25.00 per day. Check-in from 4:00 PM to midnight; check-out by 10:00 AM—if you check out later than agreed upon, we will charge half a day’s rate. Keys are stored in the key safe—the code will be sent 1 week before arrival. Pets allowed upon request and for a fee. A crib is available in the house at no charge. Tourist tax: 3.00 euros per night, per person aged 16 and older.
