Welcome to Creekside Retreat, a stunning modern luxury cabin tucked away on 1.3 private wooded acres near the heart of Hochatown. Set along a year-round flowing creek, this beautifully designed retreat blends upscale indoor living with immersive outdoor experiences. The cabin features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, comfortably sleeping up to 10 adults. Guests will enjoy a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game, and expansive gathering spaces throughout. Outside, a massive 1,500 sq ft deck stretches through the trees and over the creek, complete with an outdoor fireplace, hot tub, firepit, swings, and outdoor kitchen. Creekside Retreat delivers privacy, luxury, and unforgettable creekfront living in one
exceptional escape.

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum stay. A 3-night minimum also applies to Christmas, New Year’s, and Independence Day. Thanksgiving requires a 4-night minimum. Two-night stays may be available on weekdays and during off-peak times.***

**This cabin is pet-friendly, but the pet fee is not included in the nightly rate. A $150 pet fee applies for up to two pets, each under 50 pounds. All pets must be approved prior to arrival, and exterior cameras are used to verify compliance.**


GATHERING SPACE
Upon entering Creekside Retreat, guests are welcomed into a beautifully designed open-concept living space that immediately highlights the cabin’s modern luxury and connection to nature. Large windows and French doors frame stunning views of the year-round creek, allowing natural light and forest scenery to flow seamlessly into the heart of the home.

The main living area features a spacious sectional sofa arranged around a stone gas fireplace and cable TV, creating a comfortable gathering space for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing together. Adjacent to the living area, guests will find a pool table and shuffleboard, offering built-in entertainment without ever leaving the main level.

The open kitchen and dining area sit just beyond the living room and are thoughtfully designed for group meals and easy entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen includes ample counter space, modern appliances, and a large island with seating for five. The indoor dining table comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for shared meals, games, and conversation.

Two luxurious king master suites are located on the main level, each with direct access to the expansive back patio overlooking the creek. A convenient half bath is also located on the main floor for guests.

Upstairs, the upper level includes two additional bedrooms that share a hall bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for families and groups.

BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Creekside Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. All bedrooms feature high-quality linens, plush mattresses, and smart TVs.

Main Level – Master Suite 1
This private king suite features a see-through fireplace, French doors leading directly to the creekside patio, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, oversized soaking tub overlooking the fireplace, double vanity, and a dedicated coffee bar.

Main Level – Master Suite 2
A second king suite on the main floor includes French doors to the patio, a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks.

Upper Level – Bedroom 3
This king bedroom features a private patio and shares a hall bathroom.

Upper Level – Bedroom 4 (Bunk Room)
The bunk room includes custom queen-over-queen bunk beds, making it ideal for adults or children.

OUTDOORS
Creekside Retreat’s outdoor living spaces are truly the highlight of the property, offering over 1,500 square feet of deck space that stretches through the trees and directly over the creek.

The expansive back patio features an outdoor gas fireplace, TV, and multiple seating and dining areas designed for relaxation and entertaining. The built-in outdoor kitchen includes a gas grill and refrigerator, making outdoor meals effortless.

Guests can unwind in the large hot tub, enjoy games of cornhole and foosball, or gather around the lighted firepit near the creek. Multiple swings- including spider swings, a bench swing, and Adirondack chairs- create inviting spots to relax, listen to the water, and take in the peaceful surroundings.

• Condiments- Please note: A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
