We really loved staying here. Our family of five had plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked. The area is beautiful. We were about a 30 minute drive from all the activities in Branson, which was hard to tell from the map when we booked it, but ended up being totally fine. We enjoyed being away from the traffic and busyness of Branson but it was close enough to drive in for whatever we wanted to do.

Pops Fishing Cabin was truly a 5-star stay! We spent a few days in the Branson area with friends, and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was high-quality—from the beds to the showers—and you could really tell that care went into every detail. Each room had its own special personality, which made the whole experience feel unique and thoughtfully designed. We found ourselves relaxing in the hot tub every evening, taking in the peaceful setting while looking up at the moon and stars. The view from the back porch overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop to unwind.We also loved the location—it was close enough to Branson to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer, yet far enough away to truly feel surrounded by nature and tranquility.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Pops Fishing Cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway!

This is the perfect place to stay for adults. We were a group of 5 women getting together for vacation. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. This was heavenly. The rental was well stocked with all the essentials. This place has a large kitchen and plenty of room to dine. There was a lounging area upstairs and down. A very roomy deck off the kitchen and a covered patio below. There was plenty of space for us all to get together or find a quiet nook for some alone time. I would not recommend this place for toddlers or younger children because there is a fall hazard not far from the patio. There is no activity area outside of the house proper.I would highly recommend this rental. It was clean, comfortable and well decorated. If I would ever be in the Branson area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I booked the property prior to Keith being the owner and the pictures were a little misleading. It is not directly on the lake. The lake is across the street and to access you have to walk down the road. There is also not access to the boat docks. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it was misleading. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom on the left was super firm. On our 3rd night, the smoke detectors malfunctioned from 12:303:30 am until the technician arrived and took the batteries out. Other than this, it was great!

We understand how the lake description may have created different expectations. The home does offer nearby lake access, but it is not directly waterfront with dock access, and we continue working to ensure the listing accurately reflects the property and surrounding amenities.
