The pool is heated and newly renovated. The spa is down until February 10th

Upstairs bedroom is a loft meaning it is open on one side. The bedroom is private and can not be seen from downstairs.

This rental is located on floor 2

Unit has an attached 1-car garage. Must Park in Garage Overnight/No Car is Allowed Outside Overnight without a pass. If you have a large vehicle please let us know so we can arrange additional parking.

There is a garage door opener in the unit for your use. $100 fee if garage door opener is not left upon departure.
