The property offers two private bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious closet, and organic-inspired finishes, providing a quiet and elegant environment ideal for rest.

The second bedroom includes two single beds, making it perfect for families, friends, or children.



The open-concept living and dining area is decorated in a warm, modern style and includes a sofa bed. This area opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Natural attractions such as cenotes and theme parks (Xcaret, Xplor, Xel-Há) are located between 15 and 40 minutes away, while Tulum is approximately one hour by car. Cancún International Airport is about 45–50 minutes away via the main highway.
