Thanks to its excellent location, the beach is just a few steps away, making this the perfect beachfront vacation home for a couple or a group of up to three people. The 78 square meters of living space are divided among a large, open living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom.



Of particular note is the apartment’s large terrace, which extends the full width of the living area and bedroom. Thanks to the apartment’s orientation and the canopy over the bedroom, the terrace can be enjoyed in almost any weather. The kitchen is open to the living area and, in addition to standard appliances, features a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The dining table in the center of the room offers plenty of space for your meals. The bedroom is furnished with a built-in closet and a double bed. For your comfort, the bathroom features a towel warmer and is equipped with a shower. The apartment is particularly family-friendly, with a high chair already provided, as well as a travel crib that includes a mattress but no linens.



Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A designated parking space is located at the house. The entrance to the apartment is in the basement of the villa—you’ll go up the large outdoor staircase and then down half a flight of stairs inside the house.
