Inside, the home feels bright, calm, and thoughtfully designed. The living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and a large TV, ideal for laid-back movie nights after a day in the sun. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and all the essentials for easy meals at home, from quick breakfasts to full dinners shared around the dining table for six. Fast WiFi runs throughout the home, making it just as easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected.
For those mixing work with play, a private office setup provides a quiet, dedicated space to focus—rare and invaluable in a beachside stay.
Step outside and discover where Glidden Glow truly shines. The spacious, fully fenced backyard offers rare privacy, creating a relaxed outdoor oasis designed for long days and even longer nights. Fire up the BBQ island for alfresco dinners, lounge under the string lights, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day (cold water only). Sleeping accommodations are ideal for families and small groups. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a serene atmosphere for restful nights. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, great for kids or friends. A twin daybed with trundle in the common area provides flexible additional sleeping space without compromising comfort.
Two full bathrooms—one with a shower/tub combo and another with a walk-in shower—along with in-home laundry add ease and practicality to your stay. Private off-street parking makes coming and going simple, whether you’re heading to the beach or downtown.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is currently temporary construction work taking place in the neighborhood. This should not disrupt your stay, but guests should be aware of potential construction noise nearby during work hours.
- Please be advised that there is a security camera located to the left of the front door.
Parking Details:
- One reserved off-street parking space is provided; maximum vehicle length is 15 ft.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
