Our place is fully furnished, open concept and the layout will accommodate 6 guests comfortably.

To get on the beach, you will need to cross Ocean Boulevard and walk on the sidewalk for a little stroll to get to the beach access area.

The space
Welcome to Surfside 26. We are the penthouse unit facing the Atlantic Ocean. Take in the view of the waves or the gorgeous sunsets from your balcony or living room space. Lounge in the sitting room to relax by the fireplace. You can enjoy the gorgeous high end kitchen. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath open concept condo and just a 6 minute walk to the beach or simply relax by the heated saltwater pool.

Entering into the condo, guest have a sitting room area, can enjoy the fireplace on cool nights, flat screen TV and generous seating.

Moving through the spacious condo guests will find the gorgeous kitchen to the left the sitting room. The kitchen features SS,full-size, Bosch appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, coffee/tea bar and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride to the Hampton Strip. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.
Entering into the living and dining area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, features fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the 3rd floor!
The living room has a sofa and 2 accent chairs, two side tables, a large flat screen TV, a coffee table, a dining room table for 6 and access to the oceanfront balcony.
Across from the living and dining area is the primary bedroom! This space features a queen size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a large wall mounted flat screen TV, and access to the ensuite bathroom.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, two nightstands, dresser and large flat screen TV. Guest bath is across the hallway and to the left.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
We leave a few beach towels.

This highly sought after property is located at the end of Hampton Beach. The condo offers one elevator at the back entrance by the saltwater pool. Being on the North end of town, guests can easily commute to Rye within 10 minutes, Portsmouth in 15. A very short drive or Uber! Seabrook Beach is about the same distance away in the opposite direction. Or walk to Hampton Beach and the Hampton Strip. This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to beach,dining, shopping, golf, and entertainment.

The condo association has a strict no pet policy with a $300 fine per occurrence at the guest expense.

On the way out of town, stop at the popular Smuttynose Brewing Co. and relax at the tasting bar or beer garden.
