This is a loft with a loft Layout. The Loft offers a spacious 2 bed , 2 bath layout and is approx 2500 sq ft on two levels. In total there are actually 3 total beds. A king size bed is in the upstairs master with an on suite bathroom, Queen bed in the 2nd upstairs bdr, 1 queen pull out sofa in the living room and air up mattress that can be provided upon request.

This a secure, keyed access to floor entry in a private building. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 70ā€ LED TV.

The gaming area provides a coin operated professional tournament Tornado Foosball table. Play what the pros play!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Island sink with bar seating. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All Wolfgang Puck pots, pans and utensils provided.

The lower level has a full laundry room with Samsung full size washer and dryer included.

The stairs leading up to the upper level are a one off, handmade fabrication by master bike builder Wild Bill. On the landing, is a cozy seating area featuring one of his creations that is a custom glass and billet handcrafted motorcycle wheel table. Other various works of art are featured throughout the unit.

The spacious master suite offers a king sleigh bed, 50ā€ flat screen internet tv (surf the web on your tv), seating area, double vanities with glass vessel sinks, granite counter top, beautiful travetrine tile, large soaking tub, rain shower head and walk in closet.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and 50ā€ flat screen internet tv (surf the internet on your tv) and small closet.

Lofts at 203 is perfectly located directly on 2nd Ave just 1.5 blocks to Printerā€™s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashvilleā€™s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Also we include one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and also one role of paper towels to get you started.

Cute Loft

This is the perfect place to stay!! So cute and has all the amenities you need, and spacious. This is within walking distance to everything!! Also parking garage is in same building which is very convenient. Michael is property manager and is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Pizza shop outside parking garage is really good, and staff was friendly, and there also is a liquor store on corner. If you are looking to go and stay in Nashville don't pass this place up!!

Awesome property! Perfect location. Walk to everything. The place was great, roomy and clean. 2 bedrooms - 2 baths. If you could put a door on the bathroom in the master and a curtain on the tub/shower it would be much more comfortable.

Location was great. Was inconvenient with two bedrooms up in the loft and only one bathroom in the one bedroom and had to walk all the way downstairs to the second bathroom shower and main bath was a little different it just had shower head hanging over the bathtub with no curtain or surround. The living room furniture definitely needs cleaned was very dirty, but was also white furniture. Photos were little misleading thought weā€™d have a view of the river, but only had a view of a dirty parking lot. Probably would not stay here again.

Great Access to Broadway

We enjoyed our stay here! Getting down to Broadway (and back home late at night after many beverages) was quick and easy. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. While there is not outside space, that's what the rooftops on Broadway are for. There are a lot of stairs in the building, which was not a problem for us, but might be for older people. The parking garage next door will not work if you drive your big truck! There was a lot out back which worked great (cost of that not included). The manager who checked us in (sorry, can't remember his name) was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd recommend.

Management was great. Lots of stairs with no elevator but its a loft so we should of thought about that. We had 5 people with us. Two per room and then the 5th person slept on a cot in the living room. Michael was very helpful in anything we needed. Maybe on the website you should say before booking that if you have a car it cost to park. We got the email 3 days before we arrived notifying so of this. You dont really need a car as you are 3 blocks from all the action.

Great for fit people

The property was well maintained, the water pressure was good and the air conditioner was cold. The ad does not mention that access is down a long hall leading to a very long and steep staircase that was okay for us but if weā€™d had any elderly or infirm with us theyā€™d have had real difficulty with access. They are still dealing with reconstruction from the bombing which further limits access. If youā€™ve got luggage, eat your Wheaties for the hike and climb to get to the door. The foosball table was a fun touch. Also, there is a door and a sliding privacy screen now for the master that isnā€™t in the pictures.
