Accommodation description:
In a prime location in the Paznaun Valley is this lovely apartment. Located together with another apartment on the first floor, it features a cosy living room with a well-equipped open kitchen, so you can prepare the tastiest dishes independently. On the furnished balcony you can end your holiday days relaxed with a cup of tea. What a treat!
Thanks to its great location, you can reach the centre of See after a few minutes' walk. The ski bus that stops right by the house will take you to the Medrigjochbahn in See or to the ski resorts of the Paznaun valley such as Kappl, Ischgl and GaltĆ¼r.

In summer, you can use the Silvretta Card in the basic package once a day free of charge for a mountain and valley tour in a place of your choice

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. 5Minuten FuƟweg bis zum Lift, 50m bis zum Dorfladen, bei dem es ab 7:00 frische Brƶtchen gibt. Skibishaltestelle in HausnƤhe, aller 30Minuten fƤhrt der Skibus Richtung Kappl und Ischgl.Sehr nette Vermieter, bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite.Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit.

Einziger nachteil war, dass die handtĆ¼cher nur einmal in der Woche gewechselt wurden. Es gab nur ein Badetuch und ein handtuch fĆ¼r 3 Tage.

Met drie slaapkamers geeft dit voldoende ruimte voor ons gezin. Het valt tegen dat er geen aparte woonkamer is met makkelijke stoelen. Maar in de keuken is het gezellig en kan je ook borrelen. Eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Huisje voldoet prima voor wintersport.

Great house with 3 spacious bedrooms. I thought it was just a shame that there was only a kitchen and no living there. Good beds and (warm) comforter. Waste, like usual, should be well separated in Austria. Cottage is situated in a valley and there is little sunlight enters. Distance to the gondola, we found a little too far (anything from 500-600m) to walk (with two children). At 100 meters there is a small supermarket for example fresh bread. We were skiing off season and then See ideal, quiet on the slopes and fine for our small children to learn to ski. The food in the ski huts is fine. Once eaten in hotel Mallaun (near the ski lift), and that was good and fun for the kids (playroom).

We spent New Year's Eve 2012 on our ski holiday in the lake. The apartment is nice and big and spacious. The street in front of the house is bad, but in winter are indeed the window and we were anyway drauƟen.Mehr hook would be desirable and the heating was not sufficient in the kitchen all day.
