We know that travelling again sometimes can be stressful and we want you to know that this apartment was cleaned following an Enhanced Cleaning Protocol informed by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and developed in partnership with leading hospitality and medical hygiene experts

What we are doing for your safety:

1- We provide our staff with the appropriate products for their security, as, disposable gloves and face masks.
2- We make a 24-hour gap between travelers, to assure a complete cleaning of our home.
3- We sanitize only with The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), approved products, to Killing the virus germs with disinfection after cleaning is the most effective way to lower the risk of infection. This means, disinfecting the entire house, including anything your guests may have touched, such as the TV remote, doorknobs, window handles, taps, stair railings, light switches, kitchen
4- We provide our guest with hand sanitizer, and liquid soap.

View View View

This condo had everything needed to live very comfortably, just as Alejandro described. One small issue came up in the unit and he was right on top of it immediately. The view of the harbor is incredible, the pool was wonderful, and the area was great with the walking track right across the street. Everything was an A++. We wouldn’t hesitate future visits!

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was fantastic. Everyone we met was very friendly. The pool was heated but not too hot. The apartment was well equipped. The bed was very nice to sleep in.

Convenient location, great water view

We could walk to anywhere in Aventura and particularly convenient to the walking path. Yacht view gorgeous!

Miami Rookies

Enjoyed 41 days at the Yacht Club. Morning walks around the nice, wide trail. We Ubered a short trip to Gulfstream. Sunny Isle Beach was beautiful (a short drive) . The microwave control panel went out and it was fixed that afternoon after a call to Alejandro. It was our first time in this area and enjoyed everyone in this community.

Pleasant vacation!

POSITIVE: - location was amazing if you enjoy walking as we do and surroundings were well maintained - the unit/condo was very confortable and had everything needed for a 2 week stay - the kingsize bed was very confortable and the linens were clean and well stocked and the same goes for the kitchen SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: - the cleanliness of the condo was good but all the baseboard trims could use a good scrub and a fresh coat of paint - the patio/window tracks also need a good scrub and a few window screens need to be fixed so all can be opened weather permitting - minimize clutter=minimize cleaning (artificial flowers can be nice but they catch dust and are not practical for vacation rentals) Thank you!

Good location, well-kept, confortable one-bedroom apartment.

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, in the city of Aventura, north of Miami. There are lots of stores nearby, including Aventura mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the U. S., with more than 300 retailers. The aparment is on the 4th floor of one of several buildings of a gated apartment complex. The place is quiet and with enough (free) parking for its residents and guests. We stayed there because we wanted to be close to a relative who lives nearby, but were able to easily go to the zoo, Miami Beach, Key Vizcaine, etc., using the expressway and a GPS guide.

Nice place to stay

The Yacht Club and the appartment are really nice. We found everything we needed. Alejandro is a fast responder. We loved the pool area and plan to come back again.

we spent one week there after staying at hallandale one week condo is very quiet , have a nice pool , gym , tennis courts apartment is nice, well equipped , with a great view to the marina

Great apartment!

I was very pleased with the apartment. The furniture and condition was superb and clean. The apartment had plenty of linens and towels. Additionally the laundry machines were great. The yacht club community is safe and beautiful. Pool is great. Would definitely stay here again !

Great place to vacation, the location is perfect and the Condo has everything you need to relax. Very close to the Aventura Mall and opposite the Turnberry golf and the bay, it was a great experience

FABULOUS VACATION RENTAL

We loved staying at Alejandro’s place at the Aventura Yacht and Tennis club! We stayed for two weeks and wished we had booked it for a longer stay. From the moment we walked into the apartment it felt like home. The apt. was modern, very clean, open kitchen, nicely decorated and washer and dryer in the apt was a huge plus! The view from the apt. was beautiful, looking out on the marina and water gave us a real tranquil feeling and WOW! I am on vacation! The building #2,and 4th floor where we stayed was very quiet and we felt we had privacy. The few residents we came across were very friendly. The building has a Tennis Court, (hard) which we enjoyed playing on, a fitness center a beautiful large octagon pool. Alejandro was very attentive and responded to any questions asked immediately or in a timely fashion. Another plus for us staying at the Aventura Yatch club was that it was centrally located to many places and the ease of getting there added to the many pleasures of taking a vacation. We enjoyed walking or riding our bicycles to many of these places, among them: the scenic walking trail of a beautiful, well-manicured golf course, the world famous Aventura Mall with its numerous shops, restaurants and IMAX theatre, Publix supermarket , Whole Foods, Starbucks, , Pita shop, restaurants, soft tennis courts etc. The only problems we had were with the bed and security. A few times the wood springs came out and we had to lift the mattress to put it back on the frame. Security at the front gate initially gave us a hard time because they claimed our names were not on the Registry but Alejandro took care of it . Also, each time you enter the complex you have to show your I.D. to the security guards at the entrance. We eventually got used to it. My advice is just stay friendly and go with the flow! On our next vacation we hope that Alejandro's place will be available because we would definitely stay there again and would whole-heartedly recommend his place for your next vacation stay!

Perfect Vacation

This was my first time staying at the Yacht Club. I truly enjoyed every minute I was there. The condo was perfect and the water view of the yachts was amazing. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs. The 3 1/2 mile walking trail just outside the Yacht Club was a real bonus. I highly recommend this place. Hope to come back soon.

A real vacation

We just spent 3 fantastic weeks in this confortable apt. It's quite and with a great view over the intracostal. Washer and dryer are new and everything works properly. The condo is really nice with a great pool and bbq. We are planning a New vacation for next year. Enjoy!

Great Condo

Our family loved this place. It is close to Aventura Mall and many other amenities. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the condo was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. A bonus was the great price.

A very well maintained, comfortable, clean apartment, with a wonderful marina view

This was my second stay at this apartment. The apartment is in a well maintained community, very convenient location for Aventura mall and the beach. The apartment remains very well maintained with everything you could need included, well described and represented by the photos. This apartment has a wonderful view over the marina. I have already booked another stay at this apartment for 2014.

Yatch Club

This is my fourth year staying at The Yacht Club in this unit. My husband and I just love the condo and the property. The condo is spotless, well furnished, and has everything one would need for a vacation. I have been here for three months and love everything about the condo and the area I am looking forward to next year renting the same unit I give the condo a ten. The water view and sunrise every morning is just breathtaking. The listing description is very accurate, the photos reflect the appearance and amenities. the property is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property. It has been a pleasure doing business with Alejandro Thank you sir!
