This newly built villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and island charm. Bright and airy, it’s designed for relaxed living just 2 minutes from the beach and close to the local supermarket and restaurants.
Step inside to an open-plan living and dining area, filled with natural light and opening directly onto the terrace and pool. The cozy lounge invites you to unwind with a movie night or share a meal around the dining table after a day in the sun.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home — oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all essential utensils.
The villa features three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms:
A master suite with a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom.
A second bedroom with a queen bed and practical storage space.
A third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for guests or children.
