Guests enjoy easy access to major roads, making travel simple and stress free.
Just minutes away, you'll find grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and popular restaurants. The location is close to Olathe Medical Center, downtown Olathe, and several shopping plazas. Parking is simple- your designated space if on the 1532 side of the shared driveway. Please park on your side only to ensure everyone has proper access.
Check-in is completely self-service with a smart lock. A unique code will be sent to you before arrival. Guests can enter anytime after check-in using this code.
Bright and open living spaces with flexible layouts-Two separate units under one roof. Each includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms per side. The entire building offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms -perfect for hosting larger groups or multiple families. Each unit has garage parking plus additional driveway space-convenient for guests with multiple vehicles.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
No Smoking. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 extra cleaning fee.
No Parties. If you have a party or unauthorized event, that is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
No Drugs. If you do any kind of illegal drugs on or in the property, that is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Max overnight occupancy is limited to 9 and all guests names must be in the pre-arrival form, prior to start of stay.
No Pets. If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be charged $300 for each pet for extra cleaning, and is grounds for immediate eviction of the animal.
