There is also a shared pool, restored from an old water reservoir, preserving its Mallorcan charm. From the property, a private path leads to Es Trenc beach (30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car). At the end of this private path, the owners have a small house called Es Refugi, where you can use the bathroom and shower.



The nearest town is Campos (10 minutes by car), offering shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 40 minutes away by car.
