PRIVATE CREEK FRONT - In Heart of Sedona on a 4 Acre Orchard steps to Oak Creek

Our creek front home on Oak Creek, is situated on 4 acres in a secluded and unique “middle of town” location. This is the perfect place for families, a getaway with friends or a small family reunion.
The property has expansive lush grass to play on and roam around. There is a children’s play structure as well as a trampoline. A red rock path leads down to the creek to take a dip, skip stones, fish, or simply read a good book. Surround yourself in serenity from the deck that is built into the trees overlooking gorgeous Oak Creek. Enjoy the orchard filled with apple, peach, apricot, pear, plum, fig and cherry trees as well as blackberries and concord grapes. There is an outdoor BBQ and a stone fireplace- a must for enjoying a bottle of wine while the kids make s’mores. Often at dusk you will spot deer eating fruit that has dropped from the trees. You can walk or bike to the restaurants & shops of Tlaquepaque or Hillside, which is directly across 179 from the entrance to our neighborhood, and offers renowned shopping and is home to a collective of restaurants for all distinguishing tastes, fine art galleries offering a diverse portfolio of art, sculpture, pottery and jewelry alongside boutiques that more than satisfy with their collection of shoes, fashion and home décor. Bring or rent bikes to take advantage of Sedona’s breathtaking bike paths. From mid-March to mid- November you can watch a pair of nesting blackhawks that return every year to raise a new brood in one of our enormous Cottonwood trees.
The main house had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with room for 7 and the detached guest house has a kitchenette, full
bath and queen size bed.
A queen size air mattress is available along with a pack ‘n play with mattress & high chair if needed.
