The Space:

The studio is equipped with a kitchenette including two stovetops, a microwave, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. It is the only studio in the entire building with a bar and bar stools.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, linens and towels can be replaced for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping services). Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental rate. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.



Guest Access:

Access to the building is via Avenida 15, almost directly across from Oxxo.



Upon arrival, guests must register and present their identification at reception. Access to this building is via a biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, it will be necessary to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making the reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is very quiet. We're one block from 5th Avenue, where you'll find plenty of bars and shops. The building has 24-hour security at both the main entrance and the parking garage. We're also three blocks from 30th Avenue, which is served by public transportation.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance, but you’ll also have easy access to local transport. Taxis and rideshares are plentiful on 5th Avenue. The ADO bus station is a few blocks away for travel to Cancun, Tulum or the airport. If you prefer to cycle, BiciPlaya bike‑share stations are nearby. With the included parking spot (subject to availability), you can also bring your own car or rental.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

- Complimentary starter kit on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener & bottled water. Not restocked. Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.

- Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.
