Guest Access:
You'll have access to a 24/7 reception desk that will greet you and provide support.
Access to the department is via an access code, so you can check in yourself.
We'll provide parking garage RF card if needed to access the parking downstairs. To hand off the card, we'll request a deposit which will be refunded upon checkout once the card is returned.

Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen’s downtown, the apartment sits just eight blocks from the Caribbean Sea and tucked between Av. 30 and 35 on Calle 38 Norte. You’re within walking distance of top dining spots like La Cueva del Chango, La Vagabunda de la 38 and charming cafés along 5th Avenue. Ideal for experiencing local buzz and beach calm in one go.
Getting Around:
Getting around is a breeze: the beach is about a 7-minute walk, 5th Avenue shopping and nightlife are steps away, and taxis/colectivos are nearby for trips to cenotes or Tulum. A nearby convenience store and local transit stop make spontaneous plans easy. Safe, central and optimized for your Riviera Maya adventure.
Other Things to Note:
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit including two rolls of toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.
We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed in the room before 5:00 PM.
Upon arrival, guests will need to register and present ID at the front desk.
If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the appropriate linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day availability. Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.
For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Just let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services. Upon arrival, you'll find two bath towels, two pool towels, one hand towel, and one bath mat.
We want to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.
Travel crib available: advance request required.
We offer travel cribs for $15 USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making your request. Contact us in advance to secure a crib for your little one.

For monthly rentals, electricity will be billed separately, and a mandatory cleaning will be required every 15 days, with an additional charge. Cleaning fees and a security deposit for electricity must be paid in advance. If you have any questions, please ask before booking.
