The Space:

The studio is fully equipped for your comfort. It features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a smart TV, a spacious closet, a safe, a full kitchen with a refrigerator (see photos for dimensions), a microwave, a two-burner stove, a dining area for two, a private bathroom, and a balcony. It also offers high-speed fiber optic internet and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The building offers excellent common areas: two large swimming pools (one on the ground floor and another adults-only pool on the rooftop), a gym, a movie theater, a sauna and spa (reservations required), as well as a reception area, 24-hour security, and free underground parking.



The Neighborhood:

The building is 2 blocks away from 30th Ave, where you'll be able to find ATMs, supermarkets, food carts and more. 5th ave is 350m away from the building.



Getting Around:

In a prime location, just meters from 5th Avenue, the Quinta Alegría shopping center and a few meters further to reach the beach.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit including toilet paper, a trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items are not replenished, so guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.



We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 4:30 PM.



Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, you will need to register one of these methods to gain entry to the building. By making a reservation, the guest accepts this condition and understands that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree to this procedure.



For your convenience, we offer a linen and towel change service at an additional cost (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is not included in the rental price. You only need to notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule any of these services.



We strive to provide all our guests with quality linens and towels, so we appreciate you taking good care of them. They should not be used for cleaning the floor or removing makeup, as this may incur additional charges.



Travel cot available: We offer travel cots for USD 15 per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before arrival. It is important to receive our confirmation after making the request. Please contact us in advance to secure a cot for your little one.



Monthly stays: For monthly bookings, electricity consumption is charged separately, and a mandatory cleaning is required every 15 days, at an additional cost. Cleaning fees must be paid in advance, as well as a deposit to cover electricity consumption. If you have any questions, we recommend asking them before making your reservation.



The apartment faces the street, so you can expect some noise.
