Fantastic vacation apartment for 2 to 4 people on two floors

The apartment is located near the center of Marquartstein, in a central yet quiet location within a modernized farmhouse. It has just been completely renovated and leaves nothing to be desired for vacationers who love Lake Chiemsee, the mountains, and nature.
The light-filled vacation apartment features, on the 2nd floor, a beautiful bedroom with a large new bed, a living room with a TV, and a separate sleeping area with a cozy box-spring bed. On the same level, you’ll also find a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, bidet, and bathtub. The spacious kitchen features a lovely sitting area, a dining table, and a nostalgic, fully functional wood-burning stove in addition to the gas cooktop.

Make yourself comfortable in front of the house or enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment is located on the first floor, has two balconies, and its own outdoor space in front of the house surrounded by greenery, complete with a large table and a cantilever umbrella.

Towels, bed linens, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided. There’s also a washing machine right in the bathroom for your laundry. In the garden, you’ll find a private playground with a play tower, a large sandbox, and a small seating area. Two lounge chairs and a parasol are also available so you can enjoy your time in the sun. The two balconies are also perfect for relaxing.

You’ll sleep especially well here. Thanks to the built-in memon products, our apartment is free of electromagnetic pollution and any environmental contaminants.
