We offer modern, high-quality amenities across a total of 135 square meters (first floor + 1st floor: 100 square meters; 2nd floor: 35 square meters). During your stay with up to 8 guests, you’ll enjoy underfloor heating, radiator heating on the second floor, south- and north-facing balconies, a sun terrace with lounge chairs, and high-quality kitchen appliances—such as an ergonomic induction cooktop from NEFF, a 3-compartment refrigerator (***) , a dishwasher, and much more.
The second floor (not automatically included in bookings for 1–6 people) is equipped with 1 double bed (1.40 x 2 m) and a (sleeper) sofa (1.40 m wide), as well as a bathroom with a small corner bathtub and a small kitchenette. Perfect for a young family or young adults who’d like to unwind in their own private space.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with one double bed (1 x 1.60 x 2 m, 2 x 1.40 x 2 m), equipped with sun-reflective pleated blinds and blackout curtains.The living room on the first floor, featuring a pull-out dining table for 6–8 people, modern sofa seating, and access to the patio and garden, is sure to create a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. From the ergonomic NEFF induction cooktop to a toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer (***) featuring 3 compartments, microwave, and much more—everything is equipped with the latest appliances and tableware for 8 people.
Two modern bathrooms are located on the first floor and first floor (bookable for 1 to 6 people)(guest restroom on the first floor, shower room on the first floor). The third bathroom, featuring a small corner bathtub, is located on the second floor.
A Weber kettle grill is available in the garden shed—which can also be used as a bike shed—along with a garden seating area complete with a table, umbrella, and two lounge chairs.
