Beautiful Bayou has 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleeps 6. The Master bedroom has a brand new top of the line pillow top King size bed with gorgeous expansive views from bed over the water with no sign of civilization. The house is a split plan with master bedroom and master bath with its own air conditioning system on one side of the house. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a daybed with a pullout twin trundle, thus making into a king if wanted. The 3rd bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and also has a beautiful waterfront view through wide plantation shutters over 2 sliding glass doors. There is a renovated bath off the pool to be shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. As soon as you walk through the front door the beautiful bayou will “WOW” you with its amazing water views and its ideal setup for entertaining. The open great room concept allows you to feel as if you are virtually living outdoors. Two sides of the home are all reflective glass which allows you to get up close and personal with nature (without the birds, etc., ever knowing you are observing). The dining area is exquisite with new Pottery Barn table seating 8 (it will comfortably accommodate 10 as it is an oversized table). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel GE Monogram appliances and Caphalon cookware. Cleanups are a breeze with dishwasher, garbage disposal and sink overlooking the water!!!

The living room is large and expansive with 8 sliding glass doors opening onto a 270 degree panoramic view from a pool/deck area that takes in both sunrise as well as sunset. The deck leads down to the boat house dock for escape to excellent fishing, playing with the manatees, as well as dolphin and bird watching. The manatee love drinking fresh water from the garden hose and will even eat crunchy Romaine lettuce from your hand. The Beautiful Bayou house has two central A/C and heat units and there are numerous ceiling fan units throughout. The utilities are included. There is also free high speed Internet service for TV, Movies and WIFI. When you are ready to venture out from the lush tropical landscaping of the property, you will find you’re centrally located. The beautiful Anna Maria beaches are just minutes away; Busch Gardens is less than one hour and Disney/Universal Studios/Sea World are less than two hours. Within a 10 minute drive you’ll find prestigious golf courses, major grocery stores, liquor stores, gourmet markets, restaurants, movie theaters, and also local attractions such as Palma Sola Botanical Gardens, Robinson Preserve Nature Park, and DeSoto National Memorial Park. 30 minutes to the south are sister cities of Sarasota and Long Boat Key which showcase a vibrant arts and cultural scene including world class dining, luxury shopping, the Ringling Museum of Art and concerts/live events at the Asolo Repertory Theater and Van Wezel Performing Arts Center.
