If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful setting with the forest right outside your door, then you’ve come to the right place.

You’ll stay on the first floor of a very well-maintained two-family home, with a separate entrance. The balcony has seating for 4 people.
Our non-smoking vacation apartment is equipped with all the comforts a discerning guest would expect.

With its 84 m², it is very bright and spacious. The interior has been lovingly and cozily designed. It can accommodate 4 people and features 1 bedroom with a large double bed and 1 separate bedroom with a single bed and a cozy sleeper sofa.



In addition to a filter coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine is available for your use.

Wi-Fi and a safe are also included and are free of charge.

The vacation rental is easily accessible by car and is located in a very quiet neighborhood of Bad Harzburg.

The national park is right on our doorstep—ideal for hikers and cyclists, or simply for enjoying a quiet, relaxing vacation surrounded by nature.

A wide variety of recreational activities are available to our guests in Bad Harzburg. These include guided hikes—including ones with lynx feeding—a saltwater spa with a sauna, a wellness area, the Bad Harzburg Tree Top Trail and the Tree Root Trail, or simply swimming and much more.

Just 24 km away is the Wurmberg, which you can reach by aerial cableway.

Throughout the year, there are various ways to spend a wonderful and active day there.


In the summer, you can hike there and take a break at playgrounds and a petting zoo, go mountain biking in the bike park, ride a monster scooter, and enjoy a leisurely meal and a drink.

In winter, artificial snow ensures that the ski season on the 971-meter-high Wurmberg in the Upper Harz lasts over 100 days. 

You can reach Torfhaus in about 15 minutes; there, you can hike, mountain bike, or go sledding in the winter on a sledding hill equipped with a sled lift and floodlights.



With the guest fee (tourist tax), you’ll receive the Harz Vacation Ticket (HATIX), which allows you to use regional and city buses and streetcars in the Harz district for free.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
