Inside Surf + Strand Stay, the bright and charming living room makes it easy to settle into vacation mode. A cozy couch and loveseat offer plenty of space to lounge for movie nights on the smart TV, while a small stash of board games invites some friendly competition after a day on the sand. The kitchen keeps things simple and convenient with both single-cup and drip coffee makers, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for three—great for morning smoothies, coffee chats, and vacation meal prep. Just beyond, the dining table for six brings everyone together for dinner before heading out for an evening stroll along the Seawall.
When the weather’s nice—and it usually is—move the fun outside. The patio features a grill for casual cookouts and a fire pit where you can unwind with drinks under the glow of coastal stars. This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 1 private bedroom with a full size sleeper sofa in the bedroom & a full size futon comfy sleeper in the living room.
The bedroom includes a king size bed, a full size sleeper sofa and a desk. The living room includes full size futon sleeper couch and a smart TV with plenty of couch sitting room for relaxing.
This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available.
- Guests have access to the entire downstairs, unit A. Entrance is through the side/back door on the driveway side.
- This home is pet friendly for 2 dogs maximum. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.
