This property is just 3 blocks from Galveston's Seawall yet in the heart of the Strand & downtown in a quiet neighborhood.
When the weather’s nice—and it usually is—move the fun outside. The patio features a grill for casual cookouts and a fire pit where you can unwind with drinks under the glow of coastal stars. Whether you’re traveling with friends or family, Surf + Strand Stay offers an inviting, easygoing home base for experiencing Galveston’s beaches, restaurants, and seaside attractions at your own pace.
This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 1 private bedroom with a full size sleeper sofa in the bedroom & a full size futon comfy sleeper in the living room.
The bedroom includes a king size "purple brand mattress" bed, a full size sleeper sofa and a desk. The living room includes full size futon sleeper couch and a smart TV with plenty of couch sitting room for relaxing.
This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway and street parking for 4 vehicles available.
- Guests have access to the entire downstairs, unit A. Entrance is through the side/back door on the driveway side.
- This home allows up to two dogs. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 that must be paid prior to arrival. Please contact the Customer Care Team with any questions or if you need to make the payment.
- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.
- Children’s dinnerware provided.

Unit A guest enters through private entrance at the side door of the home where the driveway is for parking spaces too. There is a patio screen door and inside the patio is the main entry keyless combo door. Enter with keyless code. Unit A is the entire downstairs space of the house.

Surf and Strand is a great place to stay for your Galveston Getaway! It was the most immaculate B&B ( or hotel ) I have ever stayed in. The place was perfect for my wife and I. As advertised, it was so convenient to both the Seawall and the downtown area. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the place was just a block off one of the main streets that made getting around the island so easy. Definitely recommend Surf and Strand and will be booking it for our next trip to Galveston!
