Registered Guest Requirement: The person who booked must remain at the property throughout the stay—no exceptions.
Overnight Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Overnight hours begin at 10 PM.
Visitors & Gatherings: You may host small family-style gatherings. However, parties or large events are not permitted.
Violation Fee: Unauthorized overnight guests or parties may result in a $300 fine and immediate removal without refund.
CLEANLINESS & TRASH DISPOSAL
Please keep the property tidy throughout your stay.
BAG YOUR TRASH - STRICT POLICY
All trash must be bagged before placing it in the outdoor bins.
NO LOOSE TRASH POLICY - Loose trash is not picked up by the city and is often left behind, creating a mess for the next guests. It can also attract animals and pests. All trash must be bagged before placing in outdoor bins.
WARNING: Excessive trash or mess left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee. Trash left outside the bin, unbagged, or in open areas will result in a $250 fine, plus any additional cleaning charges needed to restore the property to its original condition.
CHECK-OUT & LATE DEPARTURE
Checkout time is 11 AM. If you need more time and there's no same-day check-in, let us know—we'll try to accommodate.
LATE CHECKOUT FEES
- $50 if you check out after 11 AM without prior approval.
- Staying past 1 PM without approval may be considered trespassing and charged as an additional night stay.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
- NO parties, loud music, events, or additional unregistered guests allowed.
- NO yelling, foul language, or loitering outside, especially at night.
- NO trespassing onto neighboring properties or private land behind the home.
- Respect all property boundaries—do not walk, explore, or let children or pets cross into neighbors' yards.
QUIET HOURS & NOISE ORDINANCE
Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 10 PM to 8:00 AM.
No outdoor music, loud conversations, or disturbances at any time of day.
Violation Fee: Any noise complaint or police visit may result in a $550 fine per occurrence.
NOTE: Even low-volume speakers outside or shouting can carry across yards due to the open space and quiet surroundings.
GRILL USE POLICY
Important Guidelines:
- The grill may be gas or charcoal, depending on the setup.
- Guests are responsible for using the grill safely and properly.
- Please clean the grill after each use.
- Use the grill outdoors only in the designated area.
- Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.
- Guests must supply their own charcoal and/or lighter fluid if applicable.
- Any damage caused due to improper use may result in additional charges.
