The downstairs bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed, along with a pullout trundle bed, and a full bathroom just across the hall for added convenience. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, while the other also offers a queen bed and a pullout sofa in the master bedroom. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway, and both upstairs rooms come with smart TVs for your entertainment.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
✔All guests will have access to the entire property and all the Community Amenities (with a daily fee). Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.
