With a living area of 125 square meters, this stylish brick detached house welcomes you with a spacious entryway. You then enter a very spacious living-dining area featuring a comfortable sofa set, flat-screen TV, sideboard, and dining table with a bench. You can use the Wi-Fi internet access free of charge. The home features a state-of-the-art, open-concept kitchen that is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and more. There is also a guest restroom with a window for ventilation on the living level. A staircase leads to the upper floor of this family-friendly home, where you’ll find three separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and a closet; One has a double bed, a closet, and a TV.
