- Bedroom 1: 2 people "Master Suite" (EMMA Queen Size 160/200 bed) with walk-in shower and separate toilet
- Bedroom 2: 3 people (Single bed 90/200 (EMMA mattress) + 2-seater sofa bed (160/200 - Sofa bed))
- Bedroom 3: 3 people (Single bed 90/200 (EMMA mattress) + 2-seater sofa bed (140/200 - Sofa bed))
- Bedroom 4: 2 people (Double bed 140/200), Children's playroom
- Bedroom 5: 2 people (Double bed 140/200 - Sofa bed), Piano desk

(Additional mattresses can be added on the floor if needed)

- 2 bathrooms with showers
- 3 separate toilets

A large, cozy kitchen and living area for spending quality time with family. The lovely garden, beautiful sunny days, and refreshing evenings around a fire pit.

An extra-large spa to make you feel like you're on vacation 🤩 (Upon request and depending on the season/weather: May to September).

Home cinema and video projector available.

Laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

We do not accept pets. We occasionally have a friendly cat who might come and give you wonderful cuddles.

Golf bag and clubs available (Golf course just 500m away).

Pleasant and very quiet residential area. Enjoy the banks of the Marne River for lovely walks and relaxation (Marina, riverside cafes, bowling, children's activities, etc.).
Shops/restaurants: Numerous shops and restaurants are near the house (400m).

- Electric boat trips on the Marne River
- Grand Parc du Tremblay: Sports activities and children's games.
Lush with greenery, a large park with a golf course, numerous tennis/padel courts, beach volleyball, ping pong, and many children's activities: giant climbing frames, numerous slides, a bike/scooter/rollerblading track, etc.
