Welcome to a thoughtfully restored historic church that’s been transformed into six unique and stylish condos. Unit B is a cozy 1-bedroom retreat that blends original architectural charm with modern comforts, offering a warm and inviting place to call home during your Nashville stay.

Located just minutes from downtown, you’ll have easy access to popular restaurants, coffee shops, and local hotspots. East Nashville is celebrated for its creative vibe, friendly neighbors, and vibrant culture. The area continues to grow and evolve, and guests consistently describe it as welcoming, safe, and full of local character.

The space
This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is designed to make your stay easy and enjoyable:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire condo throughout their stay.

Other things to note
Street parking is available along Shelby Avenue and is usually easy to find.
Please note: the bedroom is open to the living area and does not have a door separating the spaces.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Additional Information: Our property is located in the city, there’s a possibility of experiencing some ambient city noise — such as trains, buses, cars, or general street activity and other ambient city noises
