This beautiful chalet spans over 1,800 sq. ft. and features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Situated in the serene Lac Supérieur area, less than a 29-minute drive from Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, it offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and stunning natural surroundings. Guests enjoy exclusive access to Club La Pointe, located less than 5 minutes away and reserved for the residents of the Fraternité community. Take advantage of premium facilities, including a seasonal swimming pool, fully equipped gym, volleyball court, and lake access for kayaking and other water activities. LIVING SPACE & AMBIANCE
The chalet features an open-concept layout with high ceilings and large windows, filling the space with natural light and offering peaceful forest views.
The main-floor living room is bright and inviting, featuring a natural wood fireplace and beautiful views of the surrounding forest—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. On the lower level, a second living room offers a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, and more) and a sofa bed, ideal for family movie nights. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully equipped kitchen with all cookware, dishes, and essentials. A drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine (small capsules) are provided. Filter coffee, sugar, and a few Nespresso pods are included for your convenience. The dining area offers beautiful outdoor views and direct access to the balcony. An outdoor fireplace, available during summer, creates the perfect setting for evenings with family and friends.

Club La Pointe Resort Access
Please note that our property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Only 8 guests will receive bracelets granting access to Club La Pointe Resort amenities.

We kindly ask that all bracelets be returned inside the chalet before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Resort amenities may not be used after 11:00 AM on check-out day. Failure to return the bracelets will result in a $300 penalty fee.

CLUB LA POINTE
Club La Pointe is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Tennis
Tennis courts may be reserved in one-hour time slots.
Reservations must be made through the booking link available in our Guest Guide.
Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
Only one reservation per day, per unit, is permitted.
Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
In the event of maintenance or unfavorable weather conditions, Club La Pointe reserves the right to close the courts.

** Tennis Dress Code
Appropriate sports attire is required.
Tennis or non-marking athletic shoes must be worn.
Spiked shoes, flip-flops, and beach sandals are prohibited.

Pool (Summer Only)
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weather permitting
Maximum occupancy: 10 people.
Maximum swim time: 60 minutes.
Although the pool is supervised, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimsuits are required.
Swim diapers are mandatory for toddlers.
Lounge chairs are provided.
Guests must bring their own toys and life jackets.

Hiking Trails
The Grande Boucle Trail crosses Lac-Supérieur and provides direct access to hundreds of kilometers of marked trails, including the UQAM Inter-Centre network and Mont-Tremblant National Park trails, accessible from Fraternité-sur-Lac.

Pétanque (Summer Only)
A traditional game originating from Provence, France.

Outdoor Fireplaces (Seasonal)
Nestled among the trees, the outdoor fireplaces offer a perfect setting to enjoy the stars.
No reservations required.
First come, first served.
Available according to Club opening hours.
Fire starters are not provided.
Fire pits may be closed if required by municipal regulations. Please follow posted signs.

Lake View Relaxation Area (Summer Only)
Enjoy stunning lake views from one of the eight patio pods.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Guests must remain within their designated pod.
Furniture may not be moved or rearranged.

Fitness Center
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Access is restricted to guests aged 18 and older.
Maximum session length: 60 minutes.
Equipment includes weights, resistance bands, an elliptical trainer, and a stationary bike.
Equipment must remain inside the gym.
Appropriate footwear is required.
Washrooms are available inside the facility.

Lake Docks (Summer Only)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
No lifeguard on duty.
Sunbathing on the docks is not permitted.
Please read all water safety signs before entering the lake.

Water Equipment (Summer Only)
Kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and pedal boats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Maximum duration: 60 minutes.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times.
Water activities may be suspended when the water temperature falls below 15°C.

Ice Skating Rink (Winter)
During winter, the beach volleyball court is transformed into an outdoor skating rink.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Please respect all posted signs indicating whether the rink is open or closed depending on weather and ice conditions.
