With convenient access to highways and scenic routes, you can embark on adventures in the nearby national parks, go hiking or skiing in the Rockies, or simply enjoy a scenic drive through the breathtaking landscapes. However, the public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.
-The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7`2.`
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-Gym is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

3. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
4. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
5. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
6. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
7. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
8. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
9. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
