You should be here!! Spectacular Views - Newly Remodeled spacious 600 sq ft, 1 BR condominium situated in the perfect Breckenridge location. If you Ski or Snowboard, a short walk is all the distance you'll go. Or take the free shuttle to the Peak 7 or 8 lift. If cross country skiing or snowshoeing is your thing, the walk to the Nordic Area is only a short 5 minutes. Perfect location in the Summer to hike, mt bike, or just kick back and watch nature.

Details: 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed. Living room has a leather couch that converts to a queen size sofa sleeper. The vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area gives an added feeling of spaciousness to the unit, with great views from the living room and the balcony. Great set-up for a super cozy experience. :)

New 46 in HDTV/DVD system - Internet included.
Parking is included in the marked,plowed/private lot. No real need to drive to downtown Breckenridge, or to the ski area. The free shuttle stops at the complex and transits to both Peaks 8 and 9, as well as, throughout the town of Breckenridge, allowing visitors to keep cars safely parked at the development.

Laundry and New hot tubs/saunas are located in 2 buildings in the complex; both just minutes from the building where our unit is located.
The 0.4 miles mile walk to peak 8 is doable ski boots, but the free shuttle stop to both peaks 7 and 8 is a mere 100 yards from the condo entrance.

There are two bus routes (green and black), so service is reasonably frequent dependent on the season.

Comfortable and cozy is the feeling you'll definitely enjoy while staying at our condo. Far away enough from the 'real' world, but close enough to a little slice of heaven!!

Excellent condo for my family's ski vacation. Easy to access condo, with updated kitchen, bathroom and living room. Clean and comfortable beds. Myvson stayed in the loft and said the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Fab ski base

We had a fantastic stay at Barb's place. It was perfect for our family of 4, conveniently located and well equipped. We hope to stay here again in the future, and would recommend it.

Great stay

We spent a week during Christmas at the condo. Barb was very kind to put up holiday decorations for our stay. The newly renovated condo is very well equipped and we found everything we needed for the stay. The loft area is a big hit with our son and the toys are extra bonus. The condo is clean and cozy. The location is convenient for ski and for the bus to the town. Barb is a great host and very good with communication and answering questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

The location of the condo is great! We loved being close to the bus stop and the kids loved the loft area. We had everything we needed to cook meals. Also, Barb was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Definitely recommend Barb’s place

Very cozy! Great place to stay during our family ski trip, had everything we needed for the four of us. Barb was amazing and very responsive. Bonus is the shuttle stop just a three minute walk from the condo. Will definitely stay here again!

Wasn’t able to go.

We were not able to go because our dog was terminally ill and was eventually put down. Ratings were required in all categories even though we didn’t go.Barb was the most helpful host ever, communicated with us often and offered many tips and information. Wish we could have made it.

Awesome month workactioning at Breck

Barb’s cabin is amazing for easy access to Breckenridge. Spent a month working from there during January. It allowed us plenty of time to ski, enjoy the surrounding areas and explore the town. Wifi was great and the accomdations are fantastic. Only a 12 min walk to peak8, 25 min walk to town or very short/convenient free public bus. The unit was well stocked allowing us to fully enjoy our time. 4x4/ AWD Car is highly recommended to get around especially if you plan to drive to other mountains. Highly recommend this cabin!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was an easy bus ride to base 8 as well a in to town if you need. The condo has everything you need. With the foldout and the 2 single loft beds, 4 people can sleep comfortably. The loft is a bit steep with low ceilings but is perfect for teens or younger. Barb is great to work with, I would highly recommend the condo

Ski get-away with friends

Barb was very pleasant to work with and there was minimal clean tasks to do. Condo was as advertised. Very short walk to free in-town bus service.

Skiing was good. The only problem was leaving Colorado. SOUTHWEST AIRLINES went into a tailspin.

Wonderful location

The condo is just 0.2 miles from 4 o'clock run, so you will not have to worry about taking a shuttle bus on your way in and back from the slopes. We were surprised how wonderfully the condo was prepared for our arrival. You will find everything you need in the kitchen and even some goodies in basket for you to enjoy. We've rented many condos in the past, but this one so far was the best. The host was very helpful and ready to come and show you anything you need if you want. We had wonderful time and you will have too. We will be back Barb! Thank you for being such great host.

Spring Ski Break

We’ve stayed at this condo property for 3 years straight and can’t wait to get back. Well appointed and has all the amenities, like full kitchen, ski locker, hot tub, patio with grill and plenty of parking spaces, lacks for nothing. Management is responsive and a joy to work with. Fitting Colorado Ski themed artwork. Excellent location - the Free Ride bus stop is just across the street. Next bus stop is Peak 7 then 8 and runs every 15 minutes ( it’s close enough to walk, 0.6 miles - 13 minutes) and downtown is a 10 minute ride to all that Breckenridge has to offer.

Cozy spot next to slopes

This was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy a week of skiing at Breck! The condo was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Our kids really enjoyed the loft and had fun playing with the assortment of games. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. Hot tub was an easy walk to a neighboring building. Really convienent access to slopes and towns via free shuttle. Would definitely stay again!

Breck Skiing Get-Away

This property was perfect for a family of 4 that wanted to spend the lion-share of our time on the slopes. Super convenient location with easy/quick access to ski lifts and everything needed to cook our own meals and get a good/comfortable night of sleep. Plenty of space for a family/group that wants a comfortable/cozy home-base at the end of each day of outside activity. Well-appointed amenities. Most of all, Barbara is incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing questions, providing recommendations, and checking-in to ensure we understood how to enjoy all of the features of the unit. Would stay here again without hesitation!!

Family Ski Trip

This rental was perfect for our party of 5 (14-yr son, 19-yr daughter, 20-yr boyfriend). My “kids” loved having their own space in the sleeping loft. Location was great for skiing. Plenty of supplies, blankets and towels were available to us. There are even floor cushions available for over flow seating. Our party of 5 easily made it work. This complex is older but the owners have thoughtfully updated this well loved property. Communication with Barb was great. We hope to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Gold Camp condo. The accommodations were perfect for this retired couple (there is an upstairs loft with two beds that we did not use). The bus stop is less than a five minute walk. The condo included everything we needed to experience a carefree week. We would definitely stay here again.l

Great location with easy access to the slopes!

Within walking distance to peak 8 and a short bus ride away. Was easy for my kids to make there way back and forth on their own. Was a perfect fit for the 4 of us! And Barb was very helpful on the area and telling us how to get back and forth. The bus schedule was conveniently put on the chalk board for ease of reference.

Great condo

Barb was very helpful, answering all our questions about dinnerplaces, transfer, skirental etc. The condo is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Close to Freeride-buses, and easy to get around Breckenridge.

Close to Bus and new hot tubs!

This is on the 3rd floor. There are outside stairs to get to this unit. It was very quiet and had everything needed. The owner is easy to reach and quick to offer suggestions for restaurants in town etc. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets for cold nights. There are 2 humidifiers because of the dry climate. There is a large shower, but no bathtub. Unit has been remodeled and bath and kitchen are very nice. Laundry is available, bring quarters and your own soap. Hot tubs and sauna have been remodeled or are new and they were very nice after skiing, and were not crowded.

Convenient condo

I was grateful the condo had the conveniences of shampoo , conditioner and soap as a I forgot some of my toiletries . The location was perfect- close to town and you can catch the bus just outside the door. Most importantly the accommodations ere clean and priced right.

We enjoyed visiting Breckenridge and everything that it has to offer, enough times that we knew we were coming back again and again, but we wanted a place to really call 'ours'. We wanted somewhere that was not too over the top, but special enough to spend all of our mountain time - winter and summer!

Comfortable and cozy is the feeling you'll definitely enjoy while staying at our condo. Far away enough from the 'real' world, but close enough to a little slice of heaven!!

It is our mountain home away from home. Great location - unbelievably close to the slopes and bike trails, that you may not believe it. Also on bus route so you will not have to bother at all with driving, your entire stay!
