The home had been vacant for approximately 15 days prior to your arrival, and while it was professionally cleaned before your stay, our cleaning team unfortunately missed emptying the coffee grounds from the coffee maker. As soon as this was brought to my attention, I addressed it with the cleaners to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the oven, there was evidently a spill from a previous use that I was unaware of, which caused the smoke when the oven was turned on. I have since thoroughly cleaned the oven to prevent future guests from experiencing this issue. I also understand your concerns about the spiders. The property is regularly treated by a professional pest control service, but following your feedback I scheduled an additional treatment to further reduce spider activity around the home. I appreciate you bringing these items to my attention, as guest feedback helps me continue improving the property.
