Recently built and equipped with modern furnishings and contemporary amenities Villa Elements is an ideal choice of a holiday for families with children or a group of friends. Spacious bedrooms located on the first floor provide plenty of privacy while the ground floor with a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen humbly impress with views of the sea, reachable within a few meters. From here the sliding door allows access to the deck equipped with a 32 m² heated pool, alfresco dining table with barbecue facilities, a fire pit, and comfortable lounge seating perfect for enjoying warm evenings while admiring sunsets. Sun loungers with parasols surround the pool providing shade from the hot summer sun, while the green lawn makes a lovely area for children to play. Pool table, Dalmatian Balota and bicycles are available for your use.
In four ensuite bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Located on a quiet stretch of coastline Villa Elements is located only 8km fromone of Croatia’s largest marinas, Biograd na moru. While the city has a lot to offer on its own it is perfectly situated for exploring the larger cities to the east and west, such as Zadar and Šibenik, as well as island Pašman and Kornati National Park. Beautiful, clear, shallow pebble and sand beaches are on offer. While here be sure to visit the city museum, keeping the remains of the Venetian ship sunk here in the 16thcentury, and take a walk along the marina while admiring the beautiful display of sail boats, grab a seat at one of the local restaurants and enjoy a daily catch with a glass of tasty Dalmatian wine.
