The bright and airy "Bergsuite" holiday home is surrounded by mountains at 1,100 m altitude, just 7 km from St. Martin in Passeier. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday in nature or a ski trip, impressing you with its unique, breathtaking views over the Passeier Valley.



The house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 8 guests. Two extra beds can be added, and one person can sleep on the sofa. Amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite and cable TV, a travel cot (on request), a high chair (on request), and a washing machine.



A highlight is the shared outdoor area with stunning mountain views—ideal for relaxing in the sun with a good book in summer. The house also offers a charming balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for starting your morning with a warm cup of coffee. A barbecue is available on request.



Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are in St. Martin in Passeier. This is an ideal base for ski and winter sports enthusiasts.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted. E-bikes are available on site and can be used free of charge. Laundry service is available on request. On arrival and departure days, we offer a pick-up service from the nearest train or bus station. Daily cleaning is available on request. A mountain breakfast box with South Tyrolean products can be provided on request and delivered to your door. Coffee is not included.
