These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square meters to 99 square meters in living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature radiant floor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available.

Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze complex also features a guest reception desk and dining options. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city. The vacation apartment described here, Hafenspitze 8, is a spacious, high-quality furnished two-room apartment with a rooftop terrace. The living area measures a generous 59 square meters. A built-in, fully equipped kitchenette is provided. A separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with a shower round out the amenities. Beds are made upon arrival. This apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. This is a non-smoking residence. Parking is available in a parking garage approximately 300 meters away.

The 2-room apartment at Hafenspitze 8 is a very attractive vacation apartment on the 1st floor of the building. The living area is 59 square meters, and its well-designed layout offers ideal conditions for a relaxing stay. A large rooftop terrace offers views of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. You can reach the first floor by elevator or stairs and continue on to your vacation apartment, which welcomes you with a bright, comfortable living/dining area. The open kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. This allows you to prepare your own meals during your stay if desired. For entertainment, an internet-enabled TV with hotel mode and internet radio are available. 

You can use Wi-Fi free of charge. You’ll spend your nights in a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. Upon arrival, the beds will already be made, and towels will also be provided. You’ll start your day in a modern bathroom with a shower. 

Underfloor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the entire apartment. If you’re arriving by car, you can rent a parking space for a fee at the parking garage at the Old Harbor, approximately 300 meters away. This vacation rental is a smoke-free apartment. You’ll spend your vacation right next to the harbor in Wismar. The historic old town, with its numerous cultural attractions, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
