We have a 4 bedroom with 3.5 bathrooms. All 4 beds are standard Queen-sized beds with a lower and upper living room. We also have a washer and dryer located on our lower level floor. Our luxurious townhome is relatively new including all the amenities including fridges, kitchen appliances, furniture, and setup. It is a fabulous upgraded end unit townhouse only a few years old which is rare in D.C.

All levels (3 levels) are above grade (no basement). Great natural light throughout the home. Spacious eat-in kitchen with awesome tiled backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining on the main level with bathrooms on every floor. The primary bedroom has an en suite double sink bath and stand-up shower. We have a large family room on the lower level that is perfect for relaxing.

We also have a backyard with a fire pit for your convenience.

Other things to note
Cleaning Policy: We are so grateful to our cleaning company for the services they provide. If there is something that is missed by the cleaning company please let us know right away so we can provide a second complimentary cleaning usually within the same or the next day.

**NOTE: Absolutely NO parties or disruption to the neighbors will be tolerated. Under no circumstances will we allow parties or destruction of our home.

**NOTE: There are no Emergency Service Animal (ESA) pet fees but to be fair to our cleaning company and also guests who have allergies, if there is evidence of your pet being on the bedding or furniture you may be charged an additional cleaning fee up to $150.

Please notify us immediately of any maintenance-related concerns so we can keep the home in safe and comfortable condition for all the guests.

▪︎Please take extra care of your keys - lost keys incur a replacement fee (if applicable).
▪︎Please leave your worries & shoes at the door.
▪︎Please take care of the furnishings.
▪︎Please don't rearrange the furniture.
▪︎You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
▪︎No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
▪︎Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
▪︎Please wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
