The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for children under 12, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom, accommodating 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old. Additional amenities include fans and a washing machine. Enjoy your own private terrace, ideal for starting the day with a coffee while admiring the spectacular sea views.



The complex offers a lovely shared outdoor area where you can swim in the pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, or have a drink at the bar. Platja d'Arenal d'en Castell beach is directly in front of the complex and is accessible straight from the shared area. This beach is perfect for relaxing on the sand or swimming in the crystal-clear sea. Within just 20–300 meters (1–5 minutes' walk), you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The island's airport is a 27-minute drive away.



Free parking spaces are available both on the property and on the street. Bed linens and bath towels are included; beach towels are not provided. The apartment does not have air conditioning (there are fans) or wifi. The kitchen is stocked with oil, vinegar, salt, and basic seasonings, and shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are also supplied.
